A clean and simple expression of Portuguese sardines. These whole sardines are preserved in organic olive oil, letting the natural flavour and texture of the fish come through.
Naturally rich in omega-3 and high in protein, they are both nourishing and easy to enjoy. Made with fresh sardines and produced according to traditional artisanal methods, each fish is carefully selected and gently steamed before preserving. A pantry classic with a little extra care in the oil.
