Saboreal by Conserveira do Arade

Saboreal transforms fish from Portugal’s Algarve into handmade petiscadas: savoury, ready-to-serve mixtures made with vegetables, olive oil and regional seasonings.

This small collection features two distinctive jars—sardine with confit tomato and mackerel with olives and almonds. Spoon them onto toast or crackers, add them to a tapas table, or serve them as an effortless appetiser. Saboreal is made by Conserveira do Arade, the independent Algarve cannery also behind Papa Anzóis.
