Yellowfin Tuna Belly in Olive Oil

Hand-packed yellowfin tuna belly, the softest and richest cut of the fish, preserved simply in olive oil and salt. The broad, tender flakes have a delicate flavour and a beautifully silky texture.

Luliña makes its conservas in Galicia, Spain. Each piece of ventresca is cleaned and packed by hand, while a contribution from every tin supports coastal-cleaning work.

Serve at room temperature with tomato and good bread, fold gently through a salad, or enjoy straight from the tin with the olive oil spooned over everything.
