Octopus in Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Tender pieces of octopus from Portugal’s Algarve, preserved in organic extra virgin olive oil. Rich yet clean in flavour, with a supple texture and nothing added beyond the octopus and oil.

Papa Anzóis is made by the independent Conserveira do Arade cannery in the western Algarve. Its small team works in controlled batches and prepares each tin by hand.

Serve simply with warm potatoes and parsley, add to a salad of white beans and herbs, or set out with crusty bread to catch every drop of the olive oil.
