Papa Anzóis is produced by Conserveira do Arade, an independent artisanal cannery in the western Algarve. Its small team prepares conservas in carefully controlled batches with a distinctly hands-on approach.
Warm gently and spoon over toast, serve alongside roasted potatoes, or make the tin the centre of a quick lunch with a crisp green salad.
