A classic and elegant Portuguese conserva from Papa Anzóis, made with sardines, organic extra virgin olive oil, and salt.
Sardines are naturally rich, savoury, and full of coastal character. Here, they are preserved in organic extra virgin olive oil, giving the tin a clean, rounded finish while letting the flavour of the fish stay at the centre. Papa Anzóis prepares its conservas in small controlled batches, using a careful dehydration process instead of pre-cooking to help preserve the fish’s natural flavour and texture.
