Produced in Portugal using fresh sardines from the local coast, each tin is prepared according to traditional artisanal methods. Naturally rich in omega-3 and high in protein (24 g per 100 g), these sardines are a nourishing and flavourful choice for everyday meals, sharing platters, or gifting.
