Meaty razor clams in a clean, lightly seasoned brine with onion, lemon and bay. The texture is firm yet tender and the flavour stays distinctly oceanic.
Selected and hand-packed by Real Conservera Española, these clams are prepared simply so the quality of the shellfish remains central.
Chill for five to ten minutes before opening and serve straight from the tin with Albariño or dry vermouth.
