Sardinha’s small sardines are fished artisanally, selected one by one, and prepared by hand. They are gently steamed using a traditional pre-cooked method, then preserved in olive oil with a touch of salt.
Simple, elegant, and easy to enjoy with good bread, potatoes, tomatoes, or as part of tapas and aperitivo.
