Bonito del Norte in Olive Oil

Bonito del Norte, the prized white tuna (Thunnus alalunga), is hand-packed by Conservas Zallo in Bermeo, a small fishing port on Spain's Cantabrian coast, just as it has been since 1926.

Each tin holds tender loins covered simply in olive oil, letting the fish's delicate flavour speak for itself. It's a naturally rich source of protein and Omega-3, perfect on toast, in salads, or straight from the tin.
